Ohvale Australia Inc wishes to advise you of the following Terms & Conditions.

You must be over the age of 18 to make a booking and use this site. If you are not, you must exit this site immediately.

All bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy & Privacy Policy. By using this site you are therefore agreeing to all of the above TCs & Policies.

Bookings must be made by the individual who is participating in the event. If the participant is less than 18 years old, and the parent or legal guardian must complete the booking on their behalf.

A Digital Signature is required to complete your booking in the digital waiver. This is a legally binding document that by signing you agree to all the points on the waiver.
