TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE BIKES

The rider hereby agrees to the following:

Each crash will incur a fee of $30.

In addition to the $30, any damaged parts are payable by the rider. Below are a few more common parts that may require replacement in a crash, however this is not an exhaustive list, and the rider will be required to pay for any additional parts that are not listed below requiring replacement due to a crash.

The rider is responsible for damage to the bike, whether they are at fault or not.

The rider is required to provide a driver’s licence on the day prior to hire, which will be provided back once any outstanding fees are settled.

Any outstanding fees are to be settled at the completion of the last session, prior to the rider leaving the premises.
